Le Do Thai sits on Blake Street in LoDo, just a short walk from Union Station. We’re a full-service Thai restaurant and cocktail bar in Downtown Denver serving lunch, dinner, drinks, and dessert. Murals bring color to the dining room without taking away from its comfortable, relaxed feel. Our team checks in when needed without hovering, offering the kind of warm service you expect from a neighborhood restaurant.
Our cooking has a modern touch, but it stays rooted in traditional Thai flavors. Pad Thai and Massaman Curry sit alongside wok-fired dishes, beef larb, satay with house-made sauces, and several kinds of noodles. For something warm and comforting, try the Khao Soi or the Bangkok Bowl. Thoughtfully prepared vegan and gluten-free choices are available, too.
Our chef and owner was born and raised in Thailand. She first learned to cook beside her mother, who owned a street-food business, and many of the recipes served here were passed down from her. Some now carry the chef’s own touch, but the flavors and traditions behind them remain close to what she grew up with.
We take the bar every bit as seriously as the kitchen. Thai herbs, tropical fruit, fragrant spices, and unexpected ingredients shape our handcrafted cocktails. The selection changes throughout the year, with seasonal drinks inspired by Thailand’s distinct seasons. Each one is made to complement the food while still being worth ordering on its own.
